Millie Forsyth offers a holistic approach to wellness, utilising a range of complementary therapies.

Building a unique blend of skills across the years, Millie has studied Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage at Aromatherapy Associates in London, Clinical Nutrition at the Australian College of Natural Therapies, and Personal Training at the New Zealand Institute of Sport.

Millie also studied TRE Trauma Release Exercises in Thailand and, most recently, Yoga 200 Hour and Yin 50 Hour in New Zealand.

With a passion for research, learning, and sharing her knowledge, her goal is to improve the health and well-being of her clients by teaching various tools and information to raise the quality of their lives.

Qualified to offer a range of services that aim to release blocks, elevate fitness and help clients to understand and improve their relationship with food, Millie is also a qualified Tension/Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) provider. 

Her extensive training is delivered alongside experience working in detox spas and serving blue chip clients in Sydney with corporate Nutrition services.

Highly knowledgeable about the correct use of supplements to improve energy levels, Millie is able to help you become fitter, more balanced, and move past roadblocks

Millie is a qualified Yoga instructor and has over two decades of personal practice under her belt. This complements her Personal Training business, where clients can access a full programme of movement to effect change in a physical space.

Tying together all the practices in her repertoire, Millie’s wellness approach speaks first to Nutrition, where a balanced approach to food can herald great change in people’s lives.
