I have had the pleasure of attending Millie’s yoga classes for the past two years. I feel that I have benefitted so much both mentally and physically from her classes. Millie is always cheerful and welcoming and her classes are relaxing but challenging at the same time. She is well planned, organised and punctual to all the classes.
